Enchanted Rock

We hiked Enchanted Rock with friends on one of our Sunday afternoon adventures recently.  The weather was perfect and we all had a blast.

S rode in the Ergo carrier for over 2 hours of hiking and was ready to sit on top of (the model of) Enchanted Rock when we got back down.  (She did NOT want to leave and pitched a fit when Hots plucked her from her seat.)

After our hike our ragamuffin crew went to Gatti Town for some pizza and games.  To say we were excited about a pizza buffet was an understatement.  (We're really missing Double Dave's!)

This happened.  Next thing you know I'll be letting her run amok barefoot and pantless in Walmart. 

We are so thankful for great new friends (though we miss our "old" ones terribly) and for so many fun outdoor adventures in and around our new town!
