J's 9th Birthday!

We finally celebrated J's ninth birthday in June (his birthday is in May) at a little water park with a few of his closest friends + one cousin.

J was very specific about his guest list-5 friends and one cousin-wanting ice cream instead of a cake-which let me off the cake baking hook-and having sprinkles, chocolate syrup, and gummy worms for toppings.

 Jack, you are all kinds of fun, you're interested in SO many things-genetics, math, reading, dinosaurs, nature, hurricanes, rocks, to name a few.  Your energy level is still running at 150%, just like it has since the day you were born :)  and we LOVE your constant excitement and enthusiasm in pretty much every situation.  Happy birthday, sweet boy!
