SK Turns Two!

SK turned two yesterday (last week, now) and I'm still trying to wrap my mind around that.  Our sweet little "bonus baby," as I call her, is no longer a baby.  Well, she'll always be my baby-she agreed to that this evening-but I must face the fact that she's technically a toddler now.

Hots had a dinner that night so we celebrated the evening before SK's birthday with a fun party at Grandmama's house.  We headed over right after church and it was just perfect.  :)

In her place at the party table,
but not too sure about fire this close.
I suppose that's a realistic fear when you've got that much hair.
After help from the brothers to kill the flame she was good to go!

SK snapped this pic with my phone.  :)

The boys thought the stamps SK got were for body art.
Crazy boys!
SK knew just what to do.  (Though she did use the goat marking stick to color the guest toilet red earlier this week.)

SK & Grandmama
Her teacher who happens to be my very good friend sent this pic from the little birthday celebration they had for her.
Stats & Facts
- 33 in tall
- 26 lbs
-She loves being outside, spending time with Kaydie and Grandmama, the chickens, baby goats (she exclaims loudly multiple times a day, "Baby goats!!!"), playing with her baby dolls, playing with her brothers, practicing her basketball skills (fist pump), and just being super cute!

Happy birthday, sweet Sadie Kay!

Oh Sadie Kay! Two years old and we hardly know you except you are beautiful and we are all envious of your beautiful hair and smile. Happy Birthday. I am so happy to hear you play with baby dolls and hope you do not identify with a baby goat at this point in time. Your party looked so fun and chocolate cake! What could be better. Your brothers looked funny with your stickers. I got five coloring books for Christmas. They say at my age the adult ones (which only means they are detailed) help with stress. You are obviously not stressed stretched out on the floor. We love you so much. Can't wait to come see you in the spring.
