Bluebonnets

Sunday afternoon we drove Willow Loop outside of Fredericksburg to see the wildflowers.  They were SO pretty and I would've loved to have taken photos there but the HUGE sign posted at the entrance to the loop read, "No parking on or alongside the road...."  

We did find some beautiful bluebonnets on the way home in the yard of a church.   We also found glaring sunlight, a culvert, my car, wind, and three over this kiddos.  Oh, well!

After countless photos we were walking back to the car when L wanted me to snap one last pic of him.  In the perfect spot.  With the perfect lighting.  Without my car in the background.  With Hots and the other two already loaded in the car.  

Next year I'll put L in charge of our photo shoot.
