But...
I'll miss a laid back morning of making farm animal pancakes
with chocolate chips
and boys helping. :)
J pronouncing "skunk" as "stunk"; appropriate, actually.
Five thousand questions on the trip from town home-approximately 15 minutes-from J who's so eager to learn EVERYTHING right now that it seems he doesn't stop to breathe between questions. He's going to love school. :)
L's major pouty lip when things don't go his way.
Food all over my breakfast room floor. (Okay, this is a stretch!).
Long, involved conversations in the car. Earlier this week J started telling me, in great detail, about the birds that live on and around rhinos, eating the ticks and other parasites that live on the large mammal. "The bird gets its food from the rhino and the rhino has less ticks on it. That's called a relationship, Momma," he stated with much confidence.
Watching them head out back riding side-by-side in the Gator, all their "tuff" loaded in the back.
Middle-of-the-day trips to wherever the mood strikes us; the ball pit is one of our faves.
Leaping Luke
And many, many other fun experiences with my sweet preschoolers.
These are the days, folks, and I'm treasuring each one. :) Here's to the next chapter: School!

What a wonderful life! (thank you, Jimmy Stewart) I'm so glad you had this precious time at home with the boys. Unforgettable.
